Frequently asked questions
Do my guests need to download the app?
Yes: photos and videos are taken and uploaded with the Atimora app for iPhone and Android. When guests open your invite link, it takes them straight to the event — or to the App Store or Google Play if they don't have the app yet.
Do guests need to create an account?
No. Guests can join as a guest with just the invite link. Only the person who creates the event needs to sign in.
How much does it cost?
Atimora is free to download and to join events. Creating an event is a one-time in-app purchase whose price depends on the maximum number of guests (from 20 to 1,000). There is no subscription.
Who can see the photos?
Only the people who join the event through your invite link. The organizer can delete any content, and GPS and other metadata are removed from photos before upload.
How long are photos and videos kept?
The album stays available for 12 months after the event ends, then it is deleted automatically. In the meantime, everyone can save or share the content they love.
Are there limits on videos?
Videos can last up to one minute and are saved in Full HD (1080p). Longer clips from your gallery can be trimmed directly in the app.
